1. Shipping Overview

Thank you for shopping with Urbwear! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand our procedures and timelines.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (within the USA):

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically occurs within 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping Carrier: We use reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you promptly. Shipping carrier options may vary based on your location.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping Time: International shipping times vary based on the destination country. Delivery typically takes between 7-21 business days after shipment, depending on customs processing and local postal services. Delivery time may differ between international orders.
  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with international carriers to deliver your order securely. Please note that tracking availability may vary for international shipments.
4. Shipping Costs
  • Domestic Orders: All domestic orders within the USA will be eligible for free shipping.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout and may include customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment online. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather conditions, high order volumes, and customs processing may cause delays. UrbWear is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs procedures.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Urbwear is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

9. Pre-Order items
  • Sizes S, XL, and XXL are by pre-order only.
  • Pre-ordered Hoodies ship 4 – 8 weeks after order has been placed
  • Pre-ordered T-Shirts ship 2 – 6 weeks after order has been placed.
  • If an order has a combined nonpre-order item and a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped out once the pre-ordered item is ready for shipment.
